River Road RV Park 2006
80 space RV Park within rural zone. Coordinated Civil, Septic, Wetland; SEPA, JARPA and Conditional Use permit we processed exclusively. Gained approvals with Sub-Planning Area and Hearing Examiner. Processed permits thru Pierce County and Washington State Department of Ecology. Project approved as presented.
Fire Protection District No. 18 2005
Coordinate acquisition and development of existing parcel into a operating Fire Station. Followed project thru permit issue and let out for public bid. McMillin Station.
Pacific Village 2005
Multi residential area identified for rehabilitation. Created concept drawings for retention of townhouses for rehabilitation and development of single family lots with play area. Plan approved thru preliminary plat. Buildings approved for repair. City of Pacific.
Vista Village Mobile Home Park 2002
200 unit mobile home park. Stepped in to resolve engineering issues to move job into production.
H-K Grading 2004
300,000+ cubic yard grading permit to remove 200,000 cubic yards without mining permit
Woodland Hills 1999
4 lot, 8 unit condominium project. Stepped in to resolve final short plat prior to expiration. Short plat project finaled and approved. Subsequent buildings, created site plan and processed building permits.
Tracy Castle 2006
600,000 square foot wedding and chapel facility. Did preliminary floor plan and elevations. Project still under design for the use of concrete sandwich panels.
47,000 sq.ft. industrial park. Coordinated the document set for Civil, Landscape & Biologist. Performed Winter High Water test for Geologist. Provided all drafting for Architect and Engineer. Processed permit with Pierce County. Project Complete.
Haymond Farms 2006
5 acre contractor yard with 30,000 square feet of buildings on 17 acre site with steep slopes, wetlands and grading violation. Coordinated Civil, Biological, Landscape, Geological, Septic and provided conceptual landscape and buildings and planning. Processed Conditional Use Permit thru Pierce County,. Project approved thru Hearing Examiner. Civil and Landscape plans approved.
Hi Tech Collision 1998
Redevelop of Auto Collision repair facility 8,500 sq.ft. shop, 2,800 sq.ft. office. provided drafting support for architect and project coordination with Civil Engineer, landscape architect and on site septic designer. Annual storm water system walk thru.
